Research on the Passivation Process of Iron Nanopowder as Catalyst for Ammonia Synthesis

Abstract This paper aims to study a passivation technology and process of iron nanopowder, provides basic theory experimental data for promoting the practical application nanopowder as high-efficiency catalyst in production ammonia. There are two specific objectives. The first one is provide nanometal powder device prevent nano metal from being oxidized deactivated. second method using passivate powder. Meanwhile, research on nano-powder also beneficial nano-materials other fields. equipment provided this can control reaction speed by adjusting ratio flow rate gas during process, identify occurrence stop detecting composition reactant. Overall, has advantages easy operation, uniform passivation, adjustable speed, high product purity, etc. Therefore, it suitable industrial production.
